How quickly do we dispatch your order? Lovers Magic aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If payment is received at a weekend, then dispatch will be on the following Monday providing it is not a UK public holiday.

Returns Policy: Lovers Magic offers a no hassle refund, for any purchases you are not completely happy with; if returned within 14 days. We do not refund any costs incurred by the buyer in returning the item. Please let us know you’re returning any purchases and ensure the item you are returning is the same item we sent you, in the condition we dispatched it in, please try and return it in the original packaging we dispatched it in. We do not refund or part refund on items that have not been returned to us.
